1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 13c ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 13c platform — whether via the website or mobile application — you expressly agree to comply with these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 13c platform. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
13c reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the 13c platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 13c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 13c support team immediately.
- Registration details must be accurate and not misleading.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Only one account is permitted per individual.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another party.
- Users must inform 13c of any changes to their personal information.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
13c platform users agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack the system, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using unauthorised automation to manipulate game outcomes.
Users are also prohibited from using the 13c platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering, identity fraud, or any form of financial fraud. Any attempt to deceive or manipulate the payment or betting systems will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are secure when accessing the platform. 13c is not liable for any losses resulting from an unsecured network environment on the user's end.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 13c platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using approved payment methods including DuitNow and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe stated at the time of the transaction. 13c is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors. Any enquiries regarding delayed transactions must be reported to the support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the platform account holder. 13c reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals for security and compliance purposes. All decisions regarding withdrawal approvals are final.
- All transactions are in RM (MYR).
- Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user's account.
- Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account held in the name of the registered user.
- 13c reserves the right to decline or suspend transactions suspected of being fraudulent.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
13c does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13c will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
13c reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, match manipulation, or money laundering.
- Breach of any provision under these Terms.
- Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, 13c reserves the right to withhold the associated account balance while an investigation is conducted. 13c's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the 13c platform are the exclusive property of 13c or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 13c.
Third-Party Links
The 13c platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 13c is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
13c reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 13c platform shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
